Offering flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation expressed their infinite gratitude and deep respect for his great thoughts and extremely noble life - the genius leader of the Vietnamese revolution, national liberation hero, and outstanding cultural celebrity. President Ho Chi Minh laid the foundation for the special friendship between Laos and Vietnam.
