The delegation of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment commemorates heroic martyrs in Nghe An

During a working trip to Nghe An, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2022), the monitoring delegation of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, led by Comrade Le Thuy - Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Martyrs' Cemetery of Nghia Dan district.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee: Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Nguyen Van De - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Hoang Thi Thu Trang - Secretary of the Nghia Dan District Party Committee; and representatives of leaders of departments, branches and sectors at the provincial and Nghia Dan district levels.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation observed a minute of silence, expressing deep gratitude for the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation and reunification; observed a minute of silence and burned incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs - the nation's outstanding sons who did not spare their blood for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people.

Before the souls of heroic martyrs, the delegates in the delegation vowed to promote the heroic and indomitable tradition of the nation; unite and strive to fulfill assigned political tasks; contribute to building a strong Vietnam, where the people have a prosperous and happy life, worthy of the sacrifices of generations of fathers and brothers.
