A delegation of exemplary grassroots trade union officials offered incense at Ho Chi Minh Square.
On the morning of July 12th, a delegation of outstanding grassroots trade union officials from Nghe An province held a wreath-laying ceremony in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh at Ho Chi Minh Square in Vinh City.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Kha Van Tam - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, ChairmanProvincial Labor Union- Head of the delegation; Standing Committee members, Executive Committee members of the Provincial Federation of Labor, and 95 outstanding grassroots trade union officials of Nghe An province.
It can be affirmed that throughout history, alongside the development of the country, the Vietnam Trade Union has played a crucial role in representing and protecting the interests of the working class, promoting solidarity, self-reliance, and self-strength for the goal of a prosperous people, a strong nation, and a democratic, just, and civilized society. Many generations of cadres, union members, and workers have contributed to writing the glorious history of nation-building and national defense of the nation, of the working class, and of the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
Contributing to this overall achievement is the crucial role of grassroots trade union officials – those who directly implement the Party's and trade union's policies, laws, and regulations to the workers.
On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024), the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor organized a trip for 95 outstanding grassroots trade union officials from Nghe An province to pay tribute to and commemorate the heroic martyrs who bravely sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people in Thai Binh and Hai Phong provinces.
95 trade union officialsThe foundation consists of 95 exemplary individuals who excel in their work, daily lives, and studies, bringing many practical benefits to union members and workers, and contributing to the sustainable development of agencies, units, and enterprises. At the same time, they serve as a reliable support system and are trusted by officials, union members, and workers.
Before departure, the delegation presented President Ho Chi Minh with a beautiful bouquet of flowers to express their boundless gratitude and profound respect for the great ideology and exceptionally noble life of President Ho Chi Minh - the brilliant leader of the Vietnamese revolution, national liberation hero, and outstanding cultural figure.
The delegation pledged to forever study and follow the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, and to forever follow the revolutionary path chosen by the Party and him.
