Delegation of the 2025 Patriotic Emulation Congress of Nghe An province offered flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh
On the afternoon of September 25, before the 2025 Patriotic Emulation Congress of Nghe An province took place, at Ho Chi Minh Square, the delegation attending the Congress offered flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh attached great importance to the issue of patriotic emulation. He believed that patriotic emulation activities were the core for successful resistance and for the country to develop.
On June 11, 1948, President Ho Chi Minh issued the Call for Patriotic Emulation, opening the patriotic emulation movement nationwide. He said: "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation, those who emulate are the most patriotic."
Implementing his teachings and promoting the Nghe Tinh Soviet tradition, the patriotic emulation movement of Nghe An province in recent years has had many innovations and achieved many good results, creating a strong driving force contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and an increasingly strong political system.
In the atmosphere of the entire Party, people and army striving to compete to achieve many achievements to celebrate the country's important anniversaries, welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress, and move towards the 14th National Party Congress, Nghe An province organizes the Patriotic Emulation Congress in 2025.
With the theme: "Solidarity, creativity, innovation, emulation to build Nghe An to develop quickly and sustainably", the Congress has a particularly important political significance, expressing the aspiration, belief and determination to develop Nghe An quickly and sustainably, successfully implementing the goals by 2030 - the 1000th anniversary of the name Nghe An; contributing with the whole country to complete the development goals by 2030, realizing the aspiration of a strong Vietnam by 2045 - the 100th anniversary of the country's founding.
