The Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers and leaders of ministries and branches chaired the dialogue with young people.

At the beginning of the dialogue, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said: "Young people have a saying: 'Don't ask what the Fatherland has done for you, but ask what you have done for the Fatherland'. However, we came here with the leaders of ministries and branches to listen to young people, to create the best conditions for young people, to create the necessary environment for young people.

Just like Vietnamese football wins thanks to the team's will, the efforts of each athlete, the talent of the coach and also the will and aspirations of millions of Vietnamese people.

Answering two questions about the project to improve health and educate revolutionary ideas, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said: "The Prime Minister has said it, I said it simply as "both red and expert". We love our country, we must decide on the national tradition and the socialist path that the Party has chosen, including the revolutionary moral ideal, Marxism-Leninism.

You asked if there was any way to help people be more enthusiastic and learn more.

I ask you back, are you dedicated? The Government has stipulated through educational management programs that all programs from primary school level up must incorporate such content, even foreign schools opening in Vietnam must apply it. The Party and the Government have trained teaching staff, and there have been many Directives in the future that must continue to innovate methods in a truly attractive way. But the important thing is you.

I see you guys holding smartphones and you ask if there is any way to help. Have you ever tried searching online to see if all your questions have been answered? You can find them all, only some of you don't understand.

At the dialogue, leaders of the Ministries of Education and Training, Science and Technology, Culture, Sports and Tourism... also frankly answered questions from delegates attending the congress.

In particular, at the dialogue,"the boy lost both arms"Le Van Tuan of the Nghe An delegation continued to impress the Prime Minister and the congress with a question related to policies for people with disabilities, how to limit the situation of people with disabilities who only know how to beg... Tuan also sent to the congress a song that moved many people.

Before assigning the task to Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Dao Ngoc Dung to answer Le Van Tuan's question, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc evaluated Tuan's exchange "A song, a heart, a great will"...

During the series of activities at the congress, the Nghe An delegation had many opinions, suggestions, and discussions, contributing to the overall success of the event. Previously, on the afternoon of December 11, the Congress organized 12 forums focusing on discussing 6 contents: Vietnamese youth are patriotic and courageous; Vietnamese youth are creative and start-up; Vietnamese youth live beautifully and usefully; Vietnamese youth volunteer for the community; Vietnamese youth are physically healthy, have solid skills, and proactively integrate into the international community; and Building a strong Vietnam Youth Union.

At the discussion groups, the Nghe An delegation all had profound and practical opinions on practical issues taking place at the grassroots level.

Affirming that patriotism and bravery are important and decisive factors in building today's youth, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khanh - Secretary of the Nghe An Police Youth Union suggested that the Youth Union at all levels need to constantly innovate, proactively receive and well implement difficult and new tasks, associated with the socio-economic development needs of the country and youth, especially issues that people are concerned about.

Programs and movements need to focus on arousing the intelligence, patriotism and youthfulness of young people. In particular, it is necessary to strongly innovate volunteer activities, considering them as the foundation and basis for promoting the role and intelligence of young people. Promote the exemplary role of the Union's cadres at all levels. Pay more attention to creative activities and mastery of science and technology of young people at a time when the fourth industrial revolution is having strong impacts.

All levels of the association must be ready to accompany young people in studying, starting a business, establishing a career, training and developing skills, improving physical fitness, cultural and spiritual life... Must unite and promote the role of the entire youth force; Pay more attention to the work of gathering young people in religious areas and ethnic minority areas...

Doctor Tran Van Bien presented the paper.

Meanwhile, Dr. Tran Van Bien - Head of the Department of Cranio-spinal Neurosurgery, Nghe An Orthopedic Trauma Hospital, is concerned about the volunteer movement that is taking place widely in organizations and associations. "It is time for the volunteer movement to become more substantial and practical, changing the approach and volunteer methods. Gradually limit the formal gift-giving and need to organize specialized and sustainable volunteer programs, contributing to changing the livelihoods and lives of people in remote areas in a positive way. These can be disease screening programs, technical support programs, equipping scientific and technical skills for production and business applications for people in remote areas...", Dr. Tran Van Bien affirmed.

In her speech to the congress, Ngo Van Anh - a student of Yen Thanh 2 High School, introduced practical movements that are spreading in schools in Nghe An such as English competitions, golden bells to learn knowledge, spreading the passion for studying abroad, career movements... and suggested that the youth union at all levels should pay more attention to rural and mountainous youth, and ethnic minority youth...

At the end of the dialogue, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc quoted President Ho Chi Minh's affirmation of the role of youth in building the country and emphasized that youth are the decisive factor in the success or failure of the revolutionary cause and building socialism in Vietnam. "You must have faith in the country, the Party, and the regime. Youth must be responsible for building a strong country, standing shoulder to shoulder with the world powers. Let's dig mountains and fill the sea. Be like Anh Vien when she won 6 gold medals but tears still flowed because she could not surpass her own record. Be like a small women's soccer team but played at 100% above their strength, many of them were injured and sick but still fought with the spirit of throwing themselves into the match," the Prime Minister said and affirmed that only with a special will and aspiration can youth succeed.

"The responsibility of the Government and the Prime Minister, I would like to reiterate, is to continue to accompany the youth in all fields and localities. In addition, youth policies and youth work will continue to be directed and implemented to create a favorable environment for youth and youth associations to operate effectively." "I also request that ministries, branches, Party committees, organizations, and individuals continue to pay attention to and support the activities of the Vietnam Youth Union, creating conditions for the Association and Youth Union to develop strongly, in order to create a generation of mature young people through learning and training activities," the Prime Minister emphasized.

Also in the morning session of December 12, the results of the first meeting of the Central Committee of the 8th term were announced and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, 8th term, was introduced. The Congress read a letter to the youth of the whole country; decided to pass the Congress Resolution and held a closing ceremony.
