Provincial National Assembly delegation gives Tet gifts to patients in difficult circumstances
(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the traditional New Year, on the afternoon of February 1, the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province visited and presented gifts to patients in difficult circumstances being treated at Nghe An General Friendship Hospital and Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital.

Participating in the gift-giving program were comrades: Thai Thi An Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province; Tran Nhat Minh - Full-time National Assembly Delegate; and leaders of Nghe An Department of Health.
The provincial National Assembly delegation presented 40 gifts; each gift included 1 million VND in cash and gifts to disadvantaged patients being treated at Nghe An General Friendship Hospital and Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital.

The National Assembly delegation encouraged the patients to actively receive treatment, recover soon and enter the new year of Giap Thin with better health; at the same time, they expressed their hope that the team of doctors, nurses and medical staff of the hospitals would accompany, share and support the patients during the treatment period, contributing to the good implementation of the cause of taking care of people's health.

On the same afternoon, at Nghe An General Friendship Hospital, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation coordinated with the Provincial Labor Federation and the Nghe An Health Sector Trade Union to organize the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Sharing" for medical staff, employees, and workers in difficult circumstances in the Nghe An Health Sector.

On behalf of the provincial delegation, comrade Thai Thi An Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province thanked the contributions of the collective of medical staff, employees, and workers in medical facilities in the province in the work of protecting and taking care of people's health, especially in preventing and fighting the Covid-19 pandemic.


The Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation also hopes that medical facilities, medical staff, and workers in the health sector will continue to innovate and improve their professional qualifications and skills to meet the requirements of improving the quality of medical examination and treatment for the people. At the same time, pay more attention to the lives and incomes of staff and workers, creating motivation for staff and workers to continue to make efforts, overcome difficulties, and complete their tasks well.
