Delegation of the Central Government and Nghe An province offered flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh
On the morning of June 30, before the announcement ceremony of the Resolution of the National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee on ending the operation of district-level administrative units, rearranging commune-level administrative units; decisions on establishing commune-level Party Committees; appointing personnel for Party Committees, leaders of People's Councils, People's Committees, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at commune level, the delegation of the Central Committee and Nghe An province held a flower and incense offering ceremony at Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho Monument.

Attending the ceremony, Central delegates included comrades: Nguyen Duc Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly; Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Society; along with comrades representing leaders of Central Committees, ministries and branches; leaders of the National Assembly Committees, the National Assembly Office, and delegates in the Central working delegation.
Delegates from Nghe An province include: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; along with members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, leaders of advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations, departments, branches, and Secretaries, Chairmen of the People's Councils, Chairmen of the People's Committees of 130 communes and wards.
