On the afternoon of June 4, the Provincial Agencies Bloc Youth Union held a conference to review the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the Mid-term Youth Union Congress 2017 - 2022; Review the work of the Youth Union and youth movement in the first 6 months of the year, deploy key tasks in the last 6 months of 2020; Review the first phase of the emulation movement to celebrate the 130th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh and welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020 - 2025 term. Attending the conference was comrade Chu Ba Long - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee.

In the first 6 months of 2020, the Youth Union of Provincial Agencies proactively and comprehensively implemented the work program with many innovations, thereby promoting the role of youth in carrying out the political tasks of the unit, volunteering for community life. The Youth Union bases have registered to implement 45 models and specific tasks with practicality and high value in many fields. The members actively advised and proposed solutions to promote administrative procedure reform, build an effective administrative management model; mobilized young civil servants and public employees to be proactive and creative in building civilized offices, participate in scientific research, volunteer to work extra days and hours when work and people requested, volunteer to advise, guide and help people to resolve administrative procedures quickly and effectively. The voluntary blood donation movement continued to spread with 100% of the Youth Union branches registering to participate.
During the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Youth Union of the Bloc has implemented many practical activities such as: distributing free masks and hand sanitizers; conducting propaganda sessions on epidemic prevention at sensitive locations such as bus stations, train stations, traditional markets; mobilizing and donating food and foodstuffs as well as giving away free essential products to concentrated quarantine areas as well as people facing difficulties due to the pandemic.

Attending the Conference, the secretaries and deputy secretaries of the affiliated grassroots Youth Unions contributed opinions, recommendations and proposals to improve the effectiveness of the Youth Union and youth movement in the coming time.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Chu Ba Long - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc commended the achievements of the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the bloc.
