Nghe An mass art troupe won 1 Gold Medal and 3 Silver Medals at the "Songs connecting the rivers" performance.
On the evening of July 9, at Lam Son Theater (Thanh Hoa), the closing ceremony of the Mass Art Performance "Songs connecting rivers" in the North Central region in 2025 took place solemnly and warmly.
“The folk song connecting the rivers” opened on July 8 with the participation of nearly 200 artisans and amateur actors from 4 mass art troupes representing provinces in the North Central region.

The festival is held every two years with the aim of exchanging experiences and improving the quality of grassroots cultural activities, especially preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of the provinces in the North Central region.

The performances in this festival are elaborately staged, rich in artistry, and imbued with the culture of the Central region. From the unique features of each region, the folk songs and songs connecting the rivers create a Central region rich in cultural identity and affection. That is the resounding, heroic song of the Ma River; the pure, simple, yet profound Nghe Tinh folk songs; the elegant, sophisticated, and captivating Hue songs.

Participating in the festival, Nghe An Mass Art Troupe brought to the audience 5 carefully invested performances praising the love of land and people, love of homeland and country with melodies developed from Nghe Tinh folk songs.
At the award ceremony, Nghe An won 01 Gold Medal with the performance Khat vong song Lam; 03 Silver Medals with the performances: Song Lam tinh me, Bay giua dong Lam, Mai oar thien thu.
This is not only a recognition of the creative efforts, practice and artistic dedication of the team of artisans, artists and amateur actors of Nghe An, but also the pride of Nghe An culture on the regional stage.
