Royal Cambodian Army strategic research delegation works in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of August 16, a strategic research delegation of the Royal Cambodian Army led by Lieutenant General Soth Saroeun - Deputy Director of the Strategic Research Center of the Royal Cambodian Army visited and worked with the Military Command of Nghe An province.
Accompanying the delegation were representatives of the Vietnam Institute of Defense Strategy and Military Region 4.
Colonel Ha Tan Tien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of Nghe An Provincial Military Command chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, Colonel Ha Tan Tien, on behalf of the Party Committee - Provincial Military Command, reported on the main features of the geography and history of Nghe An province, the results of socio-economic development and the building of national defense and people's security in the province in recent years, especially the results of the implementation of tasks in the first 6 months of 2016.
Lieutenant General Soth Saroeu expressed the deep gratitude of the Cambodian Party, State and people to the Vietnamese Party, State and people, especially the great contributions of the Vietnamese Volunteer Army in helping the Cambodian people avoid genocide; thanked the Nghe An Provincial Military Command for welcoming the delegation warmly and respectfully. The working trip helped the Cambodian Royal Army delegation better understand the land and people of Nghe An - the homeland of the great President Ho Chi Minh.
