The delegation of reporters began their journey to visit, give gifts and wish the soldiers and people of Truong Sa island district a Happy New Year.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 3, in Cam Ranh city, leaders of Khanh Hoa province coordinated with the Naval Region 4 Command to solemnly organize a ceremony to visit and wish a Happy New Year to the soldiers and people of Truong Sa island district.


The activity of visiting and wishing a happy new year to officers, soldiers and people of Truong Sa island district is organized by the Naval Region 4 Command and Khanh Hoa province at the end of the lunar year every year. Participating in this working group are 92 reporters and journalists from press agencies across the country, including Nghe An Newspaper. This is the working group with the largest number of reporters ever.


Before joining the voyage, all members of the delegation were given a health check-up as well as comprehensive and thoughtful advice on the contents related to the trip. Also joining the delegation were 30 actors from the Navy Command's shock art troupe.

The group will be divided into 4 groups on 4 ships, visiting islands and island spots in Truong Sa archipelago.
Earlier, this morning (January 3), all goods, food, necessities, and Tet gifts from the mainland were transported onto ships with the aim of helping officers, soldiers, and people of Truong Sa have a full and warm Tet.

Speaking at the departure ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Huu Minh - Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of Naval Region 4 briefly informed about the situation of the army and people in Truong Sa. The representative of the leadership of Naval Region 4 hopes that the press reporters, with their feelings and responsibilities, will promptly and truthfully reflect the lives of the army and people of Truong Sa who are day and night clinging to the sea and islands to protect the sacred fence of the Fatherland.
