Indian businesses interested in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn)-Indian Ambassador to Vietnam Parvathaneni Harish affirmed that Indian businesses are interested in investment advantages in Vietnam and especially Nghe An.
On the morning of July 3, leaders of Nghe An province had a courtesy meeting with Mr. Parvathanevi Harish - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Vietnam.
Receiving the ambassador were comrades: Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Vietnam Parvathaneni Harish visited Kim Lien Relic Site to offer incense and flowers in memory of President Ho Chi Minh. Before his spirit, the Ambassador promised to do his best to foster cooperative relations between the two countries.

Earlier, during a courtesy reception for the Ambassador, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh welcomed Mr. Parvathaneni Harish to Nghe An; at the same time, affirmed the close friendship between India and Vietnam in general and Nghe An province in particular.
Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh gave an overview of the potentials and strengths of Nghe An province such as: the largest natural area in the country, the 4th largest population in the country, the fields of education, health... all have made remarkable progress;..
Nghe An was chosen by the Government as the economic and cultural center of the North Central region, which is an important premise for the province to promote infrastructure construction to attract investment from domestic and foreign enterprises.
Regarding cooperation between Nghe An and Indian enterprises, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh affirmed that he would create favorable conditions and hoped that many investors would come to survey and learn about the environment in Nghe An.

After hearing the introduction of Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh and the provincial leaders, Ambassador Parvathaneni Harish expressed his joy at coming to Nghe An, the hometown of President Ho Chi Minh, who laid the foundation for the friendly cooperation between Vietnam and India; and thanked the provincial leaders for their warm welcome.
During his visit and working session in Nghe An, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Vietnam said that Indian enterprises have a lot of experience in the mining and processing industry of gemstones, minerals and recently the new energy industry. In particular, Vietnam in general and Nghe An in particular have many potentials and strengths that Indian enterprises are interested in.

Accordingly, Mr. Parvathaneni invited leaders of Nghe An province to participate in the annual investment promotion conference to call for Indian businesses to invest; at the same time, he hoped that the Nghe An provincial government would create favorable conditions for businesses to access the province's investment environment.
Regarding education and training, in recent years, the Indian Government has offered thousands of scholarships to Vietnamese students and officials to study. Therefore, the Ambassador hopes that many children of Nghe An will come to study in India.
