The representative of this company also presented: As far as we know, the provisions in Section 2, Article 111 of theLabor Code (LLC), "Employers have the right to set annual leave schedules after consulting with employees and must notify employees in advance." I think this is a right, not an obligation, so businesses are not required to do so.
