Trong bối cảnh dịch COVID-19 đang gây ra nhiều khó khăn, nhưng Dự án SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang (SunBay Park) tại phường Mỹ Bình (TP. Phan Rang - Tháp Chàm) của Tập đoàn TECCO, Crystal Bay và các đối tác vẫn được đẩy nhanh thi công theo phương án “3 tại chỗ”, vừa đảm bảo tiến độ thi công, vừa đảm bảo công tác phòng, chống dịch.

Ngày 8/9, chủ đầu tư đã tiến hành cất nóc tòa C - tòa tháp cao 40 tầng. Bên cạnh tòa C chính thức cất nóc, tòa B đang được thi công với tiến độ khẩn trương, chuẩn bị đổ sàn tầng 38 trong tổng số 48 tầng. Lễ cất nóc tòa C đánh dấu bước ngoặt lớn trong quá trình thi công và hoàn thiện công trình, ghi nhận những phấn đấu, nỗ lực của chủ đầu tư Crystal Bay trong suốt thời gian vừa qua, với mục tiêu cao nhất đưa dự án về đích đúng tiến độ như cam kết.

When put into operation, this project will provide 3,300 international standard hotel rooms with a high-class utility system, fully meeting the entertainment, recreation and relaxation needs of tourists to Ninh Thuan.

PresentlyCrystal Bayand partners are speeding up construction progress, completing the project so that the project is ready to go into operation in mid-2022. After SunBay Park, Crystal Bay and partners will continue to create a series of other large-scale projects in Ninh Thuan such as Sailing Bay Ninh Chu, Surya Bay Phan Rang, Cap Padaran Mui Dinh...

In close adherence to the resolutions and programs of the Provincial Party Committee, in recent times, Ninh Thuan has focused on directing the drastic and effective implementation of many key solutions such as: Establishing a master plan for tourism development until 2020 and a vision to 2030; issuing many mechanisms and preferential policies to attract investment, having mechanisms to attract the development of key tourism and high-class tourism in the province; promoting the implementation of administrative procedure reform to create the most favorable conditions for investors in the province.

In the period 2011-2020, the total investment capital for tourism development was more than 23,784 billion VND. Particularly for tourism investment projects, especially high-class tourism, by the end of 2020, 30 tourism projects were granted investment policy decisions with a total registered capital of 19,753.5 billion VND. The appearance of large-scale, international-class beach resort entertainment complexes such as SunBay Park, Sailing Bay Ninh Chu, Amanoi, Hoan My, Aminia Ninh Chu... along with investors, leading domestic and international tourism enterprises of Vietnam, such as Crystal Bay, Vinpearl, T&T, TDH Ecoland, FLC... coming to invest and develop tourism in the province is a testament to the province's correct investment attraction policy, and at the same time is a key factor to help the province break through in the coming time to become one of the 7 key national tourism areas in the Nha Trang - Da Lat - Phan Rang tourism triangle, a new destination in Asia with the goal of welcoming 6 million visitors by 2030.

Up to now, Ninh Thuan tourism industry has made progress and achieved important results. In the period 2012-2015, the industry exceeded the set targets; in the period 2016-2020, despite being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the province's tourism industry still maintained its growth rate; the number of visitors increased by an average of 9.7% per year, social income from tourism activities averaged 3.9% per year, the tourism industry contributed 8% to GRDP.

Up to now, the total number of tourist accommodation establishments in the province is 179 establishments/3,554 rooms, of which 40% of the rooms are 3-star quality or higher, basically meeting the needs when organizing events, conferences and seminars at the national level.

Tourism activities in the province are vibrant, developing rapidly, with new breakthroughs, gradually narrowing the gap with neighboring provinces; bringing about multi-faceted effectiveness, attracting many workers, promoting economic restructuring, creating many new value chains and sources of revenue, actively contributing to the implementation of socio-economic development tasks of the province.
