Chinese Enterprises Have an Obligation to Study Xi Jinping Thought
Chinese companies have been ordered to conduct weekly training courses to study the views of the country's leader Xi Jinping, including on economic issues, Bloomberg reported.
Such lectures are held for employees of both state-owned and private companies, the newspaper added. According to the newspaper's data, some top managers of banks and companies spend up to 30% of their working time studying "Xi Jinping Thought," reading books by the Chinese leader, attending courses and seminars.

The process of acquiring leadership ideas
In recent months, China International Capital Corp., one of China’s leading investment banks, has stepped up such sessions, while state-owned Bank of Communications Co. has made such study and discussion a regular part of its operations. At the state-owned company, every employee is required to share their insights and weigh in on how the topics discussed will impact financial markets.
Bank of China Ltd. and Bank of Communications also held similar classes. Bright Food Group Co. and Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd. sent their employees to observe the Memorial Hall of the First National Congress of the Communist Party in Shanghai. The program also included a ceremony to renew the oath of office before the Party flag.
