Innovation in ideological work in Quynh Luu

To raise awareness and create high consensus among cadres and party members in the face of difficulties and challenges caused by the Covid-19 epidemic, the Standing Committee of the District Party CommitteeQuynh Luudirected and implemented the research, study, dissemination and implementation of Resolutions and Directives of the Party at all levels, especially the Resolution of the 28th District Party Congress in a very timely, flexible, creative and highly effective manner.

Along with the dissemination and study of the resolution, programs and implementation plans are developed that are suitable for the conditions of each locality and unit, such as the Quynh Thang Commune Party Committee, with 24 Party cells (including 14 rural Party cells and 10 Party cells of schools, medical stations, police, and companies located in the area). The implementation of dissemination and study of the Resolution is organized scientifically and reasonably by the Commune Party Committee, achieving practical results and in accordance with the development of the Covid-19 epidemic.

The study of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress was organized online for the Executive Committee and Party cell secretaries. After that, the Party Committee of the commune prepared an outline, questions and a set of questions to send to the Party cells for 246 Party members to study and answer in multiple choice form. Despite many difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, in the first 6 months of the year, Quynh Thang's economic growth rate still reached 57% compared to the whole year's plan, the completion and improvement of the quality of new rural criteria were actively implemented, striving for the commune to reach the advanced new rural destination by 2025.
At the Quynh Luu District Police Party Committee, with 8 Party cells and 99 Party members, the implementation of studying the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress was completed in May 2021. Immediately after organizing the study and dissemination of the Resolution, the District Police Party Committee issued an official dispatch requesting Party cells to disseminate the core contents and new points in the documents of the 13th National Party Congress, considering this a broad political activity in the entire District Police Party Committee and concretizing and including it in the thematic activities of each Party cell. At the same time, each individual Party Cell Secretary was required to develop an action program in implementing the Resolution, ensuring that it is consistent with the assigned responsibilities and tasks.

The complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic have greatly affected the socio-economic development of the district. In light of this reality, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has focused on directing Party committees at all levels to innovate the work of grasping information, public opinion, issues of public concern and propose timely solutions, orient information, contributing to strengthening the trust of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in the leadership of the Party, management and operation of authorities at all levels.

Along with innovating propaganda work, thoroughly grasping and implementing resolutions in the new situation, Quynh Luu pays great attention to inspecting implementation at the grassroots level. In the first 6 months of 2021, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee established inspection teams to inspect the implementation of Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018 of the Politburo on strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against hostile and erroneous views in the new situation and inspecting the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle and Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th tenure) on preventing and repelling ideological, political, moral and lifestyle degradation, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party Committee of Quynh Thanh commune, the Party Committee of the District General Hospital and the communes of Quynh Tan, Quynh Van, Quynh Thang, Quynh Doi, Quynh Tam, Son Hai, etc.

In the past time, despite many difficulties, Quynh Luu has proposed appropriate solutions to effectively implement the "dual" goal of both fighting the pandemic and developing the economy. In the first 6 months of 2021, the economic growth rate reached 8.46%; State budget revenue reached 345 billion VND (equal to 97.9% of the annual plan); well organized the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels; the new rural construction movement continued to be promoted, the total mobilized resources for new rural construction in the whole district reached over 344.5 billion VND; effectively implemented the prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic...

In the coming time, Quynh Luu will continue to innovate the content and methods of ideological work in a proactive, practical, timely and effective manner.
