Colonel Phan Dai Nghia:In 2024, the Provincial Military Command proactively coordinated with other forces to closely monitor the situation; advised on policies and solutions to maintain stability in the area; ensured security and safety for delegations of Party, State, and Army leaders visiting and working in the area, as well as political events taking place in the province. It effectively implemented the goals and targets of the Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term and the military-defense projects for the 2021-2025 period.

Proactively issuing action programs and implementation plans for Resolution No. 8 (13th Party Congress) on "The Strategy for National Defense in the New Situation"; organizing ceremonies to receive the title of Hero Unit of the People's Armed Forces and meeting with senior military officers in the area on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day; summarizing the 5-year implementation of Government Decree No. 21 on defense zones; and holding the Provincial Armed Forces Emulation Congress for Achieving Victory, 2019-2024.

The seven units were instructed to effectively prepare and organize regional defense, flood and storm prevention, and search and rescue exercises, ensuring safety.

Strictly implementing the Decision of the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 4 on the reorganization of provincial, district, and unit-level military agencies. Continue to thoroughly understand and comprehensively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations; the resolutions and directives of the Military Region and the Party Committee - Provincial Military Command on military and national defense tasks; advise the Party Committee and the government on leadership and direction to organize and successfully complete military and national defense tasks in 2025.

Focus on improving the overall quality of the provincial armed forces, maintaining strict combat readiness. Prepare forces and resources well to be ready to participate in disaster prevention and control, and search and rescue operations.

Continue to implement the construction of defense structures and military facilities in provincial and district-level defense zones; build working headquarters for the Commune Military Command, guard houses, and militia guard rooms.
