Nghe An Provincial Military Command deploys military and defense tasks in 2025
On the morning of December 9, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held the 2024 Military-Political Conference; deploying military and defense tasks in 2025.
Attending and directing the conference, on the side of Military Region 4, there was Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh - Commander of the Military Region; Colonel Hoang Duy Chien - Deputy Chief of Staff of the Military Region. On the side of Nghe An province, there was comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

In particular, on October 10, 2024, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command was honored to be awarded the title "Hero of the People's Armed Forces" by the President. Also in 2024, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command was proposed by Military Region 4 to the Minister of National Defense to award the 2024 Excellent Emulation Flag.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh - Commander of Military Region 4 acknowledged and commended the achievements that officers and soldiers of Nghe An province's armed forces achieved in 2024.
The Commander of Military Region 4 raised a number of key issues in 2025 and requested the Nghe An Provincial Military Command to continue to strictly maintain combat readiness; do a good job of advising local Party committees and authorities; lead and direct the implementation of Party and political activities; organize well the activities to celebrate major national holidays; direct the preparation and organization of Party congresses at all levels; and pay attention to improving the lives of officers and soldiers.
The Commander of Military Region 4 believes that officers and soldiers of Nghe An province's armed forces will uphold the tradition of the heroic unit of the People's Armed Forces, make great efforts and determination, and successfully complete military and defense tasks in 2025.
