In the first time joining the students to offer incense at the ancestral land,Coach Kim Sang-sikemotionally expressed: “The incense offering ceremony at Hung Temple today was truly a special experience for me personally. During the training course in Korea, we also spent time visiting a temple there. And when today we were able to offer incense to commemorate the Hung Kings, I saw that both Vietnam and Korea have quite similar spiritual cultures.

Through today’s incense offering, I believe that the players will feel the sacredness and solidarity from the glorious history of the Vietnamese people. This will certainly give the whole team great motivation to strive to complete the set goals at this year’s ASEAN Cup.”
