In Group D, coach Philippe Troussier and his team will play their opening match against championship candidate Japan at 2:30 p.m. local time (6:30 p.m. Vietnam time) on January 14, at Al Thumama Stadium. In the second match, the "Golden Star Warriors" will face the Indonesian team at 9:30 p.m. on January 19, Vietnam time, at Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium. The Vietnamese team will conclude their journey in the 2023 Asian Cup group stage with a match against Iraq at 6:30 p.m. on January 24, Vietnam time, at Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

The matches of the Vietnamese team at the 2023 Asian Cup finals will be broadcast live on FPT Play and channels VTV5, VTV Can Tho and VTV5 Southwest./.
