Rush to open domestic flights
Within just 2 months of October and November 2015, domestic airlines continuously opened flights connecting to tourist destinations such as Nha Trang and the Central provinces.

Vietjet Air said it will open the Nha Trang - Hai Phong route from November 19 with a frequency of 5 round trips/week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
On November 20, the airline continued to open the Vinh - Buon Ma Thuot route with a frequency of 3 round trips/week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Previously on October 21, Vietnam Airlines also announced that it would open a Hai Phong - Nha Trang route from November 15 with a frequency of 4 flights/week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays using Airbus A321 aircraft.
Another low-cost airline, Jetstar Pacific, officially opened a new route between Chu Lai (Quang Nam) and Buon Ma Thuot on October 27. This is the latest route established between the Central provinces and the Central Highlands.
This route is operated by the airline with a frequency of three round trips per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Previously, on October 25, Jetstar Pacific also opened two new routes connecting Hue - Da Lat with a frequency of three flights per week on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. The Ho Chi Minh City - Pleiku route is operated daily.
The continuous opening of flights by airlines to the central and Central Highlands provinces, in addition to making it easier for people to travel, will also stimulate tourism development in the central and Central Highlands provinces.
