Bich Thi Communal House is an ancient architectural work, built in the 18th century as a place for activities, festivals, and meetings of the village, and is also a place to worship the two tutelary gods Tran Hung Hoc and Tran Hung Nhuong. In addition, it also worships the gods worshiped in the temples of the old Tong Bich Hao, typically the 3 doctors of the homeland: Nguyen Tien Tai, Pham Kinh Vi and Nguyen Lam Thai; Duc Thanh Ban Huyen and many other civil and military mandarins. Bich Thi Communal House is a place that has witnessed many important events in the history of the locality as well as the country.

On the beloved Thanh Giang land, there are Binh Ngo Citadel, Ba Nghe Wharf, Nguyen Tien Tai Church and Tomb, Nguyen Dinh Family Church and now Bich Thi Communal House, which are traditional places of the struggle against foreign invaders, symbols of the tradition of studiousness of Thanh Giang people and many families and clans. These historical relics shine with glory, throughout time, generations of Thanh Giang people have inherited and strongly promoted the tradition of culture, studiousness, patriotism and revolution.
