(Baonghean) - The biting cold of winter has swept across the highlands – where the lives of the people are still full of difficulties and hardships. With a heart full of compassion and a focus on remote areas, many agencies and units have carried out practical activities and joined hands to help the people.
That affection, kindness, and sharing have warmed the winters of the mountainous region. The following photo series showcases the activities of the Provincial Party Committee Office's working group visiting the impoverished Phu Son commune (Tan Ky district) and the free medical examination, treatment, and medication program provided by doctors and medical staff from Nghe An Friendship General Hospital in Chau Tien and Chau Hoi communes (Quy Chau district).
