In Decision No. 1388/QD-UBND, dated June 6, 2024, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province decided to transfer and appoint for a period of 5 years Comrade Cao Nguyen Hung - Deputy Head of the General Department, Office of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Nghe An province. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.

From January 2004 to September 2004, he was a cadre of Vinh City Youth Union (in charge of schools). From October 2004 to April 2007, he was a member of the Executive Committee of Vinh City Youth Union, term 17 (2002-2007), a cadre of Vinh City Youth Union (in charge of schools);
From May 2007 to September 2009, he was a member of the Executive Committee of Vinh City Youth Union, term 18 (2007-2012), an officer of Vinh City Youth Union (in charge of agencies and enterprises);
From October 2009 to November 2009, he was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Vinh City Youth Union, term 18. From December 2009 to May 2012, he was Deputy Secretary of Vinh City Youth Union, term 18; Vice President of Vinh City Youth Union, term 3;
From June 2012 to August 2012, he held the position of Secretary of the Vinh City Youth Union, term 19; Vice President of the Vinh City Youth Union, term 3. On April 13, 2020, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 509/QD-TTg to establish the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Nghe An province on the basis of merging the Center for Enterprise Support and Development under the Department of Planning and Investment, the Center for Trade Promotion under the Department of Industry and Trade, the Center for Tourism Promotion under the Department of Tourism, and the Center for Investment Promotion and Support of Nghe An province under the Provincial People's Committee.
This is a public service unit under the Provincial People's Committee, performing the function of promoting investment, trade, tourism and supporting business development in Nghe An province according to the provisions of law. Currently, the Center has 1 director, Mr. Nguyen Manh Loi, and 1 deputy director, Mr. Cao Nguyen Hung.
