After 7 years of implementing the new rural construction program, Ky Tan commune has mobilized a total capital of 216 billion VND, of which 97 billion VND was contributed by the people to invest in new rural construction. Average income in 2018 reached 31.6 million VND/person; the poverty rate decreased to 1.62%. Ky Tan Party Committee has achieved "clean and strong" status for 8 consecutive years; National defense and security have always been maintained.
