After inspecting flood and storm prevention work at Fleet 2 - Border Guard and Cua Hoi Fishing Port, the inspection team had a working session with the Flood and Storm Prevention Command of Cua Lo town.
According to the report of the Town's Flood and Storm Prevention and Control Steering Committee, up to now, Cua Lo has inspected and assessed the current status of irrigation works in the area, deployed urgent measures to proactively prevent floods and storms, assigned each member to be in charge of each ward to coordinate direction and promptly overcome the consequences. The town also proactively organized 24/24h duty when heavy rain and storms occurred, assigned departments, branches and wards to prepare plans to concentrate all conditions to effectively implement the "4 on-site" motto.
On behalf of the inspection team, comrade Dinh Viet Hong highly appreciated the efforts of the Flood and Storm Prevention Command of Cua Lo town, and at the same time requested the town's Flood and Storm Prevention Command to focus on directing and speeding up the management of irrigation works and key traffic points to have measures to handle natural disasters when they occur, promptly and effectively overcome them in all situations, in order to reduce human and property losses for the people./.
