At each unit, the Provincial Party Secretary had a cordial conversation with the officers and soldiers, and informed them of some highlights of the province's socio-economic situation in 2013, as well as the difficulties and challenges that require the efforts of each soldier of the armed forces and each citizen. The Provincial Party Secretary acknowledged the efforts and endeavors of the police and military forces in the district in combating crime, maintaining and protecting the border region, ensuring political stability and social order, and making important contributions to the overall achievements of the province.
In preparation for the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2014, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Duc Phoc expressed his wish that officers and soldiers of the armed forces in the district would continue to build on their achievements, proactively grasp the situation, promptly handle and resolve any incidents that arise, preventing them from escalating into complex hotspots so that people can celebrate the New Year peacefully and happily.
