(Baongheean.vn) - On November 17, Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a working session with leaders of provincial departments and branches, Hoang Mai Town People's Committee and the investor of Hoang Mai Water Plant project.

Hoang Mai Water Plant is invested by Hoang Mai Water Supply Company Limited. The construction site of the plant is in Quynh Trang commune, Hoang Mai town and Tan Thang commune, Quynh Luu district with an area of ​​275 hectares. According to the process, the water source at Vuc Mau lake, through the collection system and level 1 pumping station, then continues through the mixing tank, reaction tank, horizontal settling tank, filter tank and is disinfected with chlorine, through the clean water tank, level 2 pumping station, then supplied to users through a clean pipeline network system.

Water pipes gathered at the factory

Currently, the provincial departments, agencies and branches are working with the investor to complete some necessary procedures. In addition, the investor has also carried out some basic tasks such as laying international standard water pipes and announcing recruitment. It is expected that the first phase of the factory will be completed and officially supply water in March 2016.

At the meeting, after listening to the opinions of the relevant units, comrade Huynh Thanh Dien requested the investor, Hoang Mai Water Plant Company Limited, to continue to complete the procedures and documents; prepare the necessary conditions for human resources and machinery to ensure the factory operates by the end of the first quarter of 2016. For the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town, it is necessary to do a good job of site clearance and create the best conditions for the investor to implement the project. At the same time, in the conclusion of the meeting, comrade Huynh Thanh Dien agreed to stop the Tan Thang cement water supply plant and agreed to let Hoang Mai water plant supply water to Tan Thang cement plant when this plant comes into operation.
