With 316/490 valid votes (63.97% of the total number of National Assembly delegates), the National Assembly approved the election of comrade Le Minh Tri - member of the 12th Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy to replace comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh.
The National Assembly also passed a resolution to elect Mr. Le Minh Tri to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy with 76.11% of National Assembly deputies in favor.
Comrade Le Minh Tri was born on November 1, 1960; hometown: Ho Chi Minh City; degree: University of Security, Bachelor of Law, Advanced Political Theory.
He has held the following positions: Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, Member of the 12th Party Central Committee.
