The Son Linh 2 hamlet Party cell (Thanh Lam commune, Thanh Chuong) has 20 party members, including 15 party members aged 40 or older and 5 party members under 40 years old. In recent years, implementing the Resolutions of the Party at all levels, the Party cell has focused on leading and directing people to change the structure of crops and livestock. Most notably, it has been able to plant a number of commercial corn areas to serve dairy farms; expand and develop sow, cow, goat farming...

The material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved. The whole hamlet has 62 households, 279 people; the poor households have decreased to 17.74%.

Before the Party Cell conducted the review, comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee spoke, emphasizing: The review requirements according to the Resolution of the Central Committee 4 (term XII) must be frank, enhance self-criticism and criticism within the Party with a constructive spirit. Review is not to put each other down. The content of the review, clearly identifying the degradations, must be linked to the implementation of the tasks of the Party Cell, Party Committee monthly, quarterly, annually and the implementation of the tasks of Party members.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also said: After the review, it is necessary to ensure higher solidarity and unity within the Party cell and Party committee; to perform well the role of political nucleus at the grassroots level, so that people can see more clearly the leadership and direction of the Party cell, with better quality and efficiency in local movements.

In the spirit of the direction of the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, going into the review, the Party Cell has reviewed frankly and seriously on the basis of examining 27 manifestations of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and the manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" that the Central Resolution 4 pointed out to correctly and accurately identify, associated with the leadership and direction of the Party Cell, Party Committee and the movement in the hamlet.

Accordingly, for the Party cell, 5/9 signs of political and ideological degradation were identified; 2/9 signs of moral and lifestyle degradation; and there were no signs of "self-evolution" or "self-transformation" within the Party cell. For comrades in the Party cell and Party members, based on the review report with a high spirit of self-criticism, the Party cell gave frank, responsible, and open-minded comments, adding 1-4 signs.

It is evident that in the Party cell, there are still many Party members who have not actively and voluntarily studied and studied Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought, the Party's Resolution and the State's policies and laws. From within the Party cell, the Party Committee and Party members are still respectful, evasive, afraid of conflicts, and afraid of losing favor. There are still Party members who do not match their words with their actions, as shown through the voting to introduce candidates for the People's Council delegates for the 2016-2021 term through a show of hands, which was 100%, but when voting by secret ballot, it was not 100%.

Especially in implementing the political tasks of the Party Cell, although the Party Cell has issued a Resolution on building garbage pits at home, ensuring environmental sanitation, there are still some Party members who have not implemented it; in production, they still use old rice varieties, still sow directly, and have not actively responded to the movement to build new rural areas; or the Resolution of the Party Cell related to the settlement of some projects has not been implemented, causing doubts among the people....

That is, there are still cases of theft, forest burning, causing insecurity and disorder in the area. The role of party members, from the Secretary, to the Deputy Secretary, the Party Committee member who is also a police officer, to the party members who are heads and deputy heads of branches, including regular party members in mobilizing people to implement some Resolutions as well as some movements of the hamlet is not good...

Evaluating the spirit of self-criticism at the Son Linh 2 hamlet party cell, comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed that the quality of self-criticism of the party cell met the requirements; the spirit of self-criticism was frank, giving comments on signs of degradation of the collective party cell, the branch committee and each party member closely, based on the functions and tasks of the party cell and the movement of the hamlet.
