Implementing the Year of Administrative Reform, with the attention and direction of Party committees at all levels, the activities of the "one-stop" and "one-stop" transaction centers have had positive changes. Many agencies and units have built and implemented the organizational arrangement according to Resolution 6 of the Central Committee and Plan No. 111-KH/TU; built job positions according to the direction of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The work of training, coaching, fostering professional skills, improving the qualifications of cadres, civil servants and public employees has made new progress, the application of specialized software and email systems has continued to be promoted by agencies, contributing to improving the work of direction, operation and information exchange.
The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc strengthened its direction to improve the quality of Party Committee and Party cell activities, effectively implementing Directive No. 13-CT/TU, dated July 5, 2017 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on improving the quality of Party cell activities; Drafting guidelines for Party cell activities and scoring and evaluating the quality of Party cell activities. The members of the Standing Committee in charge spent a lot of time attending meetings with Party cells; conducting surveys on the quality of Party cell activities of agencies in the Bloc, thereby advising on the content of evaluating and scoring the quality of Party cell activities in agencies according to the assignment decision of the Provincial Party Committee.
