Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son: Awakening national traditions, uniting to build the homeland

Hamlet 6, Nghi Phuong Commune (Nghi Loc) is a Catholic hamlet with 116 households and nearly 500 people; with a total natural area of ​​50 hectares, of which the agricultural production area is 35 hectares; the main occupation is agricultural production.

Over the years, under the leadership of the Party Cell, Executive Committee and Front Committee of the hamlet, together with the efforts of all classes of people, the economy has increasingly developed, the spiritual and material life of the people has been improved; security and order have been maintained, the people have united to help each other develop the economy, and joined hands to build new rural areas.

Responding to the movements and campaigns of "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", the people of Hamlet 6 set out to build internal roads, repair canals, and purchase cultural house equipment with a total value of 95 million VND. Mobilizing people to help each other develop the economy through many forms such as: helping with plant varieties, livestock, working days...

As a result, in 2018, the average income of the hamlet reached 27 million VND/person/year; the poverty rate was 3.4%; the rate of cultural families reached 82%.

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son affirmed that the Fatherland Front is an organization that plays the role of national alliance and unity, and the organization of the Great Unity Day aims to arouse traditional values ​​of the nation, making the homeland and country increasingly develop.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also expressed his joy at the changes and improvements in the lives of the people in Hamlet 6, Nghi Phuong Commune in the past year. That is, many households have risen to become rich, built economic models that bring in high incomes; the people in the hamlet have complied well with the hamlet's village rules, taken care of their children's education, organized many meaningful social activities, and strengthened the village and neighborhood ties. The people are concerned with environmental sanitation, ensuring security, order and social safety.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee said that this is a very valuable result, a premise for people to promote the achievements in the coming time.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son also requested the Party Cell, the Hamlet Front Working Committee and the people of Hamlet 6 to continue to well implement the policies of the Party and the State, live a "good life and good religion"; actively respond to the campaign "All people build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; overcome difficulties, strive to develop the economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty.

On this occasion, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son presented gifts to the officials and people of Hamlet 6. In addition, 10 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, were also presented to households in difficult circumstances.
