Resolute and synchronous measures in crime prevention and control

The conference assessed that in November 2021, the sectors in the Internal Affairs sector have resolutely and synchronously implemented measures in crime prevention and control. The sectors have well implemented their tasks according to the unit's plan and the tasks assigned by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; continued to direct and well implement the work of preventing and controlling the Covid-19 epidemic. The armed forces continued to strictly maintain combat readiness; political security and social order and safety continued to be maintained. The authorities have drastically and synchronously deployed measures in crime prevention and control, detecting and arresting many subjects and many cases related to gambling organization, loan sharking, major drug crimes... Specifically, in November 2021, the authorities arrested 82 cases, 117 subjects of drug crimes, seized 13.8 kg of heroin, 63.6 kg of crystal meth, 540g and 947,365 synthetic drug pills. During the same period, there were 52 cases, 221 subjects of crimegamblewas detected and handled with the amount of thousands of billions of dong.

Investigation, prosecution and trial of cases are in accordance with legal regulations, preventing wrongful convictions and criminals from escaping. The work of receiving citizens and handling petitions has been of interest to all sectors and levels and has been effectively implemented. Inspection and examination work has been actively deployed, detecting and recommending timely handling of violations. In November 2021, the Provincial Inspectorate conducted 70 administrative inspections and 54 specialized inspections. Accordingly, violations in the administrative field amounted to VND 6.46 billion, proposed to recover VND 5.4 billion and recovered VND 13.9 billion. Regarding specialized inspection, 152 organizations and individuals were detected in violation, with a fine of VND 401 million and 100% recovered.

The fields of prevention and combat of smuggling, trade fraud, trade in counterfeit, banned and poor quality goods, and food hygiene and safety have been strengthened by inspection and control by functional sectors; the management of forest exploitation; the enforcement of judgments and judicial work have been carried out synchronously and effectively.

Implementing the "4 on-site" motto to control the epidemic situation

One of the key tasks in December 2021 that the sectors in the bloc need to carry out is to continue to coordinate well with Party committees, authorities, and localities to effectively implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic according to the direction of the authorities; implement the "4 on-site" motto to handle and control the Covid-19 epidemic situation in the area. Proactively do a good job of social security for citizens returning from epidemic areas who are facing difficulties in employment.

Party committees and authorities at all levels focus on leadership and direction to ensure national security and social order and safety in the area. Grasp the situation closely, focus on handling and effectively resolving complex issues arising right at the grassroots level, and prevent hot spots from arising. The armed forces continue to maintain combat readiness; strengthen and do a good job of internal political protection.

All levels of the sector strengthen coordination with local Party committees and authorities to strictly control sea routes, border areas, especially trails and openings to prevent illegal entry, and strictly handle violations. Strengthen situation control, coordination between functional agencies and districts, cities and towns to ensure security in all fields, especially rural security, information security and cyber security. Step up the fight against all types of crimes and law violations, especially drug crimes, property fraud, high-tech crimes; prevent and combat smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, poor quality goods, and violations of food hygiene and safety. Deploy a plan to prevent and combat violations related to fireworks before, during and after the Lunar New Year of Nham Dan 2022.

Continue to effectively implement Regulation No. 11-QD/TW, dated February 18, 2019 of the Politburo on the responsibility of heads of Party committees in receiving citizens, directly dialogue with citizens and handling citizens' reflections and recommendations. Focus on resolving cases and lawsuits that have been directed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee at monthly meetings and promptly report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on cases according to the provisions of Directive 26-CT/TW, dated November 9, 2018 of the Politburo.

Sectors focus on implementing well Plan No. 61-KH/TU dated October 27, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on reviewing collectives and individuals and evaluating, classifying, and rewarding Party organizations, Party members, collectives, and individuals of leaders and managers at all levels in 2021./.
