The 13th Central Executive Committee Conference opened this morning (August 3) in Hanoi. According to the program, the Conference will take place in 1 day - August 3.
The conference elected comrade To Lam, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, to hold the position of General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam with an absolute number of votes.
Immediately after being elected, Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam chaired a press conference.
