Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh met with voters after the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly
Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation affirmed: The meeting with voters after the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly has special significance in the context of Nghe An province implementing the 2-level local government model.
On July 7, National Assembly deputies elected at constituency No. 5, including comrades: Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province; Nguyen Van Chi - Deputy Head of the Economic and Financial Committee of the National Assembly had a direct meeting with voters in Nghi Loc commune and online with 6 communes: Phuc Loc, Trung Loc, Dong Loc, Hai Loc, Than Linh and Van Kieu.
At the meeting, on behalf of the National Assembly delegation, Vice Chairman of the Economic and Financial Committee Nguyen Van Chi briefly reported to voters the results of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Especially important decisions of historical significance such as the adoption of the Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution and regulations related to the arrangement of administrative units. At the same time, listening to and receiving voters' opinions and recommendations, especially issues arising in the process of transitioning to a 2-level local government model from July 1, 2025.
Many opinions and recommendations were raised by voters, focusing on a number of issues such as: policies for cadres who are not assigned after the merger; policies for non-professional cadres; maintenance of facilities at headquarters after the merger; unreasonable tax calculation based on revenue; pressure when converting to an enterprise model; inadequacies in applying the new land price list and tax collection policy for land use conversion; high electricity prices and prices of materials for production causing difficulties for farmers; the problem of widespread counterfeit and poor quality goods requiring drastic solutions; the counting and procedures for compensation and clearance of residential areas for households are implemented very slowly; the situation of environmental pollution is serious but there are no strict sanctions; it is necessary to research and adjust the policy on extra teaching and learning in the direction of reducing unnecessary costs...
