(Baonghean.vn) - This year, visitors to the Nghia Dan sunflower festival will be able to enjoy the "sun" flower forest, because according to the Department of Culture and Information of Nghia Dan district (Nghe An), the sunflower area this year has doubled compared to last year.

Sunflower area in Nghia Dan district this year is approximately 80 hectares.

These sunflowers are about 40 days old and are expected to bloom to welcome tourists by the first half of December.

According to the Department of Culture and Information of Nghia Dan district, in preparation for the upcoming sunflower festival, TH Milk Company and local people have planted approximately 80 hectares of sunflowers. This means that compared to last year, the flower planting area has doubled.

Currently, some areas have reached the bud stage, expected to bloom around the first half of December. Nghia Dan district is preparing some work to serve the sunflower festival.
