Immediately after the successful Party Congress of the commune, term 2020-2025 (March 2020), the Party Executive Committee of Nghia Xuan commune (Quy Hop) urgently developed specific projects and resolutions in each field.Party building, economic - cultural development, education, ensuring national defense - security. On that basis, the Resolution on "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations in the period of 2020 - 2025" will soon be issued and deployed to Party cells, organizations and each Party member.

At the same time, the Commune Party Committee issued a resolution to lead and implement the transformation of crop structure to develop agricultural economy and trade services in the period of 2020 - 2025. According to comrade Thai Ba Lam - Secretary of the Nghia Xuan Commune Party Committee, the process of building and implementing resolutions and programs ensures principles and requirements that are close to and consistent with the actual situation, taking into account the ability to mobilize resources, integrate investment programs and projects, mobilize internal and external resources with the people to successfully implement.

Sharing the same viewpoint, the Party Committee of Nghia Hong Commune (Nghia Dan) identified 3 key economic development directions in the new term: continuing to maintain and exploit 370 hectares of rubber trees that have been planted for a long time; Developing fruit trees with over 250 hectares; Developing livestock farming and business - services. On that basis, the commune correctly assesses the reality of each hamlet, grasps the capacity of households, actively mobilizes capable households to boldly invest in models; the commune joins in supporting the search for stable output for products...

Up to now, all grassroots party committees in the province have basically issued resolutions, programs and projects for the 2020 - 2025 term. Through research, the party committees have closely reviewed from the grassroots level, so the project goals are close to reality, highly supported by the people, thereby quickly organizing implementation together with the Party Committee, government and organizations.

For the grassroots Party Committees (districts, towns, cities), although there is a certain "delay" in some localities, the issuance of the action program to implement the Resolution for the 2020-2025 term is carefully reviewed, ensuring high feasibility. Typically, the Nghia Dan District Party Committee issued earlyaction planwith 12 programs and projects, focusing on 5 key points, 3 breakthroughs in all fields of economy - society, national defense - security, building a strong political system. At the same time, the programs and projects are specifically assigned to the Party building committees, the district People's Committee and mass organizations to concretize and implement in practice.

Create new momentum

At the same time, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc directed the development and submission to the Executive Committee for promulgation of a Resolution on "Strengthening the Party's leadership over administrative reform in provincial agencies". This is one of the important resolutions that motivates provincial departments and branches to implement the goal of the Provincial Party Committee on continuing to promote administrative reform, creating a breakthrough for socio-economic development. The Party Committee of the Bloc also developed a plan to implement the Resolution and Action Program of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025 to the affiliated Party Committees and Party cells in a quick approach and effective implementation.

In particular, focusing on leading, directing the development, promulgation and implementation of 5 groups of key programs and projects including: Nghe An Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; Regarding growth model innovation, implementing economic development breakthroughs, there are 10 resolutions, projects and plans; Regarding cultural and social development, there are 3 resolutions and projects. Regarding national defense and security, there are 2 resolutions and projects; Regarding Party building and the political system, there are 4 resolutions and projects.

At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee submitted a draft to deploy the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress with 32 programs, resolutions, projects, and plans; The Provincial Party Committee, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations at the provincial level, and the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee also identified key contents with a specific roadmap to successfully implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.

In the process of directing the development and promulgation of the programs, Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the spirit of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee when developing the Action Program is to be concise and linked to the implementation resources. Based on the Resolution of the Congress, the Action Program selects tasks that are motivating and when implemented will have a strong impact, influence the development areas, change and transform the situation.

Programs and projects to implement the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term have been issued and implemented. The direction and goals are clear, the core issue is that each locality needs to promote internal strength, while actively attracting investment resources for programs and projects to soon promote effectiveness, create widespread influence, and bring Nghe An to develop quickly and sustainably, soon becoming a fairly developed province in the North and the whole country.
