Dong Nhi unexpectedly returns to The Remix to support her 'pet'

The female singer returned to the old playground to be a guest for the exciting competition of group Lip B.

Recently, the final episode of the Mini show combat round Remix New Generation was the confrontation between the group Lip B and the couple Yanbi - Yen Le.

Unlike the previous six competition nights, this time the two main groups are quite evenly matched, both having youthful energy, music styles close to modern trends, and good live singing and dancing abilities.

However, due to many similar advantages, the competition becomes more fierce. Winning or losing depends on many objective factors such as song selection, performance and luck.

The task of deciding the results is still the responsibility of three musicians Luu Thien Huong, Ho Hoai Anh and Duong Khac Linh, along with a panel of 31 professional judges, including journalists and music experts.

Before entering the official mini show, Lip B and Yanbi - Yen Le harmonized through two songs Ly Cay Bong - Ngau Hung Song Hong.

Lip B was the first team to enter the solo round. The new group performed four songs: Số nho - Son - On top - Love you want you. Being a group trained by Dong Nhi and Ong Cao Thang, the four young girls heated up the stage from the moment they appeared.

So nho is a completely new mix combined with sexy, hot choreography. Next, Son is an interesting highlight with the combination of traditional and modern music. In this performance, the group members showed off their sweet, soulful voices.

At On Top, Dong Nhi made a grand appearance to support her favorite artist. Both teacher and student created a vibrant atmosphere with music, lights and choreography. Not stopping there, with the hit Love you want you, the four girls made the stage explode.

Duong Khac Linh excitedly commented that Lip B danced very well and beautifully, and the songs they chose were very suitable. Luu Thien Huong also complimented that the group had both form and performed very new and modern music.

In addition, the female judge also expressed her impression of member Mei, who is in charge of rapping for the group. Ho Hoai Anh said that Dong Nhi's "pet" brought a new breeze to the music industry and that was "enough" for him.

The panel of experts also highly appreciated the performance but thought that Dong Nhi's appearance unintentionally made Lip B fade away. As a result, the group received 23/31 points.

Yanbi - Yen Le makes a difference with Northern folk songs

Next was the performance of the group Yabi - Yen Le. With their unique style, the group performed four songs: Hello - Quay Lung - Thu Cuoi - Co La. The strength of this young group lies not only in the choreography and catchy music, but also in the constantly changing arrangements.

In the first two songs, Yanbi and Yen Le cleverly introduced their underground music with a pretty cool rap. Next, the song that has been associated with Vietnamese youth, Thu Cuoi, was brought to the Remix stage by Yanbi.

The melody of Thu Cuoi was transformed quite fresh. However, the group only really made the panel of experts and judges praise them thanks to the highlight of the performance Co La.

While all the other groups chose a vibrant, explosive ending, Yanbi - Yen Le chose a Northern folk song with a calm arrangement. They proved their creative musical ego.

At the end of the performance, judge Luu Thien Huong exclaimed: "So good". She said she got "goosebumps" with the arrangement, especially the song Thu Cuoi by Yanbi - Yen Le.

Luu Thien Huong continued to praise: "You cleverly left the folk part at the end, to bring the audience an artistic atmosphere without losing the remix quality."

Ho Hoai Anh also liked the quiet part of this mini show. However, according to him, the group did not have a grand investment. Disagreeing with this opinion, the only female judge thought that the group's performance was enough and grand, although it did not bring many dancers on stage but had many good details.

As a result, the Yanbi - Yen Le group received 18/31 points from the professional press council.

It was the judges' turn to score their favorite contestant. The contestant couple with the higher score (24 points) won.

So after six pairs, the six faces entering the live show round are Mai Tien Dung, Yen Trang, Huong Giang, Bao Thy, Tronie - Mia and Yanbi - Yen Le. The two teams saved by the judges to enter the next round were also announced as Lip B and ST.

Live show 1 will air at 9pm Friday (March 3) on VTV3.
