At noon on September 15, Ha Van Ton (born in 1993), residing in Kim Khe village, Chau Kim commune (Que Phong) entered the hospital.Que Phong district took advantage of the storm and the patient's negligence to commit theft. At 11 o'clock, Ton stole 2 phones from 2 relatives of patients in Nam Giai and Tri Le communes (Que Phong) and sold them.

Upon receiving the victim's report, the Chau Kim Commune Police Department isolated the suspect and set up an ambush on the road from the hospital to Chau Kim Commune. Ha Van Ton was arrested along with the stolen goods while on his way to sell. The Chau Kim Commune Police Department (Que Phong) invited the victims to come and get the two phones. It is known that the value of these two phones is nearly 12 million VND.
