Burning someone else's motorbike because it "annoys"

The incident occurred at around 11:20 a.m. on June 5, at the intersection of Kim Lien Commune (Nam Dan). At that time, Tran Dinh Manh (born in 1993, residing in Hung Long Commune, Hung Nguyen District), Ho Sy Giau (born in 1993, residing in Nam Giang Commune, Nam Dan District) fought with Tran Dinh Long (born in 1993, residing in Hung Tien Commune, Hung Nguyen District).
The reason Manh and Giau said was that Long was driving erratically and weaving in and out of the way, causing "annoying eyes" when driving in the opposite direction. Therefore, Manh and Giau turned their car around to chase after him and cause trouble. When Long stopped his car, Manh and Giau beat him. Long pulled out a sharp iron bar he had hidden in his person to fight back, then ran into a house to hide, leaving his motorbike behind.
Manh and Giau chased after him but couldn't find him so they turned back and set fire to Long's Wave motorbike, burning it to the frame.
After burning Long's motorbike, Manh and Giau returned to their rented room in Vinh City to get two swords and then returned to the scene to continue looking for Long. They were subdued by Kim Lien Commune Police, who confiscated the two swords. Long was also arrested later.
Head of Kim Lien Commune Police, Mr. Tran Van Thien said that the commune police have handed over the above 3 subjects to Nam Dan District Police for handling.
