Drogba cannot choose between Malaysia and Vietnam.

Didier Drogba is in Malaysia to attend the event as an ambassador for Chelsea, the club he played for eight successful years in England.

When asked by a Malaysian reporter about the team's chances in the upcoming two AFF Cup finals, Drogba replied: "You have the right to be proud of your team. I know how much it means to Malaysia to beat Thailand in the semi-finals. I wish both Malaysia and Vietnam good luck in the finals. I am really in a difficult position because my next destination is Vietnam. I will definitely get the same question there. So, I think maybe the better team will win in the finals."

The first leg of the final will take place at Bukit Jalil Stadium, a "fire bowl" with a capacity of over 80,000 seats. This is expected to be an advantage for Malaysia to promote its spiritual strength. "Reaching the final is a great achievement for Malaysian football. I have seen passionate Chelsea fans here. Imagine how they cheer for the Malaysian team. The atmosphere in the stadium will be very passionate," said Drogba.

After the first leg final on the evening of December 11 at Bukit Jalil, Vietnam will host the second leg at My Dinh Stadium.
