Cua Lo real estate project paid more than 200 billion VND in land use fees
(Baonghean.vn) - Cua Lo town has many real estate, urban area, and housing projects registered for investment. Currently, 4 projects have completed their obligation to pay land use fees of more than 200 billion VND.
There are 10 real estate and resort projects in Cua Lo town; the land area granted by the Provincial People's Committee for these projects is nearly 400,000 m2.

According to the report of Cua Lo town, there are 5 projects of enterprises investing in urban areas, housing areas and apartments with a total area of about 154.4 hectares of land. And currently 4/5 projects have completed their obligation to pay land use fees.
Specifically: The project of high-end apartment and villa complex combined with commercial services invested by Hanoi Construction Company No. 3 paid 8,098,549,180 VND. The complex of tourist hotels and villas, high-end apartments invested by Bao Khanh Hamico Investment and Trading Company Limited paid 96,097,674,000 VND.
The Golf Course, Hotel and Villa Complex Project in Cua Lo Town invested by Cua Lo Beach Golf Joint Stock Company paid VND 100,841,505,556 and the Loc Chau Tourist Apartment Project invested by Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 30 paid VND 5,620,656,122.
In particular, the Nam Hoa Villa Housing Project, invested by Nam Hoa Company Limited, has not yet had a land allocation decision.
Mr. Doan Tien Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Lo Town, said: The People's Committee of the town has urged project investors to speed up the procedures for granting Certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets on land to transferees. Currently, the People's Committee of the town has granted 145 Certificates of house ownership rights to households at Loc Chau Tourist Apartment and 5 Certificates of Land Use Rights for the Golf Course, Hotel and Villa Complex Project.
In addition to the seriously implemented projects above, there are still projects behind schedule in the area.
