(Baonghean.vn) - FLC Nghe An complex includes 4 component projects, when put into operation, will create jobs for 3,500 local unskilled workers.
On the afternoon of October 23, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee continued to chair the regular October meeting. Also attending were comrade Hoang Viet Duong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, members of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments and branches.

The meeting heard FLC Group report on planning and proposed investment projects for the eco-tourism, resort and entertainment complex in Nghi Tien commune, Nghi Loc.
FLC complex has an area of 460 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 10,000 billion VND, including 4 projects: FLC Nghe An Eco-tourism Project, Outdoor Sports and Entertainment Project, FLC Nghe An Urban Area Project, Theme Park Project - Natural Forest Conservation and Adventure Sports. The projects in operation will ensure stability for about 3,500 local unskilled workers of many ages.

At the meeting, FLC Group proposed that the People's Committee of Nghe An province approve the policy of planning the ecological resort, entertainment and resettlement area complex in Nghi Tien and Nghi Loc communes; and approve the policy of selecting investment forms for projects in the complex.

After listening to the opinions of the delegates and concluding this content, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Duong agreed with the planning plan of the FLC Group and the investment projects. He requested the Southeast Economic Zone to have a project appraisal report, and the Department of Finance to complete the procedures to submit to the Provincial People's Council to deduct land use fees from the eco-tourism and urban projects to arrange compensation for resettlement and land clearance. Relevant departments and branches completed the procedures to submit to the Provincial Party Committee for approval in the next meeting.

Also this afternoon, delegates attending the meeting listened to and gave their opinions on the draft Report summarizing 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 56/KL-TU on promoting the implementation of Resolution of the 9th Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate, develop and improve the efficiency of the collective economy; the draft Action Program to implement Resolution No. 08-NQ/TW dated January 16, 2017 of the Politburo on developing tourism into a spearhead economic sector.
Concluding these contents, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Duong agreed with the report's contents and requested the Provincial Cooperative Union and the Department of Tourism to complete the report based on comments and suggestions to submit to the Provincial Party Committee for approval.
