1,102/1,196 households signed documents accepting compensation for land acquisition and clearance for Hemaraj 1 Project - Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) - According to the report of Nghi Loc District People's Committee, up to now, 1,102/1,196 households have signed documents approving compensation for land acquisition and clearance of WHA Hemaraj 1 Industrial Park Project, reaching 92.14% with the compensation recovery area of 115.4/143.5 hectares.
Compensation price for rice fields and fertile land of Hemaraj project is not more than 2 billion VND/ha

(Baonghean.vn) - According to the agreement between the People's Committee of Nghe An province and the Thai investor, Hemaraj Land Development Company Limited, to invest in the project of building and operating the infrastructure of Hemaraj Industrial and Urban Park in the Southeast Economic Zone of Nghe An province, the compensation price for site clearance is not more than 2 billion VND/ha.
