Specifically, the branch roads of the coastal villa area from BR1 to BR7 and Hong Lam Avenue 25m from markers 24 to 32 have been completed and planted with trees. The branch roads from BR8 to BR14 have completed the underground sewers, K90 foundation, red soil pouring and are expected to be paved with asphalt and planted with trees by the end of July 2019.

Updating the current status of the project site in early June, the infrastructure of the shophouse area is being leveled, making infrastructure, elevation 0 - 0. The traffic infrastructure system, roads, landscape, electricity and water of the beach villa area will be completed in August 2019; the adjacent area and beach shop villa are expected to be completed in November 2019.

The central swimming pool is also being rushed by contractors, expected to complete the rough and technological parts in early September 2019.
Some of the project's common facilities are available and put into use: 18-hole golf course - part of the USGA International golf course system; the dog racing track officially opened in mid-May 2019.
