The draft Law on Commune Police will be submitted to the National Assembly Standing Committee for comments.

The Minister of Public Security will present the draft Law on Security Guards and the draft Law on Commune Police at the upcoming meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

At the 2nd session of the 14th National Assembly Standing Committee taking place from August 15-17, 2016, the Minister of Public Security will present the draft Law on Guards and the draft Law on Commune Police. The National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security will have a review report on these draft laws.

According to the working program, the National Assembly Standing Committee will discuss the Government's Report on the proposal to use the reserve government bond capital for the 2012-2015 period of the Ta Trach Lake project for the compensation, resettlement and resettlement component; the Government's Report on adjusting the foreign capital plan for 2016.

In addition, members of the National Assembly Standing Committee also gave their opinions on the issuance of the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the Regulations on the preparation, examination and submission to the National Assembly for decision on the state budget estimates, the central budget allocation plan and the approval of the state budget settlement (replacing Resolution No. 387/2003/NQ-UBTVQH11); on the draft Resolution on principles, criteria and norms for regular expenditure allocation.

Also at the meeting, the National Assembly Standing Committee will evaluate the results of the first session and give initial opinions on preparations for the second session of the 14th National Assembly.
