Tourists died purple in camping tent

Earlier, in the early afternoon of the same day, local people suddenly discovered the body of a male tourist halfway up Hon Bo mountain (Ward 12, Da Lat City - Lam Dong), the victim's body was purple.

Upon receiving the news, the authorities were present to urgently conduct an examination of the scene and autopsy to serve the investigation and verify the cause of death of this male tourist.

The victim was later identified as Nguyen Phu Cuong (residing in Ward 15, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City). An autopsy determined that Cuong committed suicide by taking sleeping pills, and there were no signs of external force on his body. Authorities determined that the victim had set up a red mini tent, dressed in three layers of warm, thick clothing, and then taken sleeping pills to commit suicide.

The victim's family said that Cuong had previously intended to commit suicide and was advised by his relatives. Unexpectedly, he left home for Da Lat and chose this outcome, causing the family great heartache.
