Visitors to Nha Trang will have the opportunity to see the coastal city from the most modern tourist helicopter available today.

Viewing Nha Trang from above is a project of the Central Helicopter Company and Vietnam Travelmart Tourism Company to increase tourism products and services in Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa).

At the meeting, representatives of the two companies presented their ideas on deploying services in Nha Trang city, to serve local people and tourists. Mr. Cao Tri Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the above travel company, said that there will be 3 products to serve tourists: daily flights with a flight time of about 15 minutes to see the whole view of Nha Trang and along the beaches; flights from Nha Trang to Da Lat or flights according to customers' requests.

In the coming time, the relevant agencies will also conduct surveys to build flight routes, flight points and apply for licenses to put into operation. It is expected that flights can be put into operation in 2016.

"If the Nha Trang helicopter tour is implemented, I hope it will attract a number of tourists to this beautiful coastal city and contribute to increasing the choices of tourists," said Mr. Dung.

The aircraft used for this service is the EC130T2, manufactured by Airbus Helicopters in France. This is the most modern aircraft for tourism today, and can carry up to 7 people (2 pilots, 5 passengers).
