These days, coming to Cua Lo, the pace of work is urgent, the town is trying to build the motto of Cua Lo tourism: "discipline - brand". Urban beautification work is always the town's number 1 concern. Accordingly, a series of works are deployed.

Mr. Phan Cong Doi – Head of Urban Management Department, said: Up to this point, the urban beautification work has been basically completed. With the efforts of the town and the responsible support of organizations and individuals, the whole town is creating a new, civilized, polite and safe tourist environment in this 2016 tourist season.

And the destination is “taking tourists as the center”, entering this year’s tourism season, the town has a policy to rectify business activities at kiosks. Accordingly, instead of signing contracts for 5-year or 10-year terms, starting from this tourist season, Cua Lo organizes signing business contracts at kiosks along the coast every year.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung - Vice Chairman of the Town People's Committee, this policy will bring many positive effects to tourism business activities in Cua Lo; on the one hand, it will create conditions for new businesses to participate in tourism activities, creating new features, new ways of doing things, serving tourists better; on the other hand, it will increase measures and sanctions for businesses, if they do not strictly implement the town's regulations in tourism business, the contract will be terminated after one year.

In addition to the positive issues from this policy, according to Ms. Dung, the town has also had solutions to propagate and train business households on the town's regulations and policies, especially the "5 no" regulation. Along with that are solutions to closely monitor and control prices and service quality.

Currently, the town has established an inspection team and each ward has established an urban security team to conduct inspections and checks on restaurants and hotels regarding prices and service quality. At the same time, sanctions are set: establishments that violate the law for the first time will be fined 2 million VND; those who violate the law for the second time will have their electricity cut off for 3 days; and those who violate the law for the third time will have their contracts terminated.

Along with serious and comprehensive preparation of facilities; promotion of Cua Lo tourism; innovation in management, Cua Lo town is also coordinating with organizations to create many attractive programs.
