Bringing 4 female suspects to reenact the crime scene of 'body in concrete'
After 4 months of investigation, 4 female suspects in the "body in concrete" murder case in Binh Duong were brought to the scene for experimentation.
On September 18, the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Duong Province Police coordinated with functional forces to conduct a field experiment on the "body in concrete" case that occurred in Hamlet 5, Hung Hoa Commune, Bau Bang District, discovered in May 2019.
Four female suspects were prosecuted for investigation of "murder" including Pham Thi Thien Ha (31 years old, residing in Tan Phu district, Ho Chi Minh City), Ha's mother Trinh Thi Hong Hoa (66 years old, same address), Le Ngoc Phuong Thao (29 years old, from Tien Giang) and Nguyen Ngoc Tam Huyen (40 years old, residing in Ho Chi Minh City).

So far, these four people have admitted to committing the crime.
On the morning of September 18, four people were taken to the house where the two bodies were found in Bau Bang to conduct a crime scene investigation. The authorities strictly guarded the area where the investigation was conducted. Many curious people witnessed the investigation.

According to initial investigation results, on the evening of May 15, the bodies of Tran Tri Thanh (28 years old, residing in Ho Chi Minh City) and Tran Duc Linh (50 years old, from Nghe An) were discovered in a plastic barrel filled with concrete at the house the suspects had rented in Hamlet 5, Hung Hoa Commune, Bau Bang District, Binh Duong.
On May 18, police detained a group of four women while they were fleeing from a motel in Thu Dau Mot City in a car.
Initially, the group confessed to killing Thanh by electrocution and strangulation, while Linh "jumped to her death from a building".
According to initial investigation, Pham Thi Thien Ha was the mastermind of the case. Ha had gone to "practice" in Nghe An, Nha Trang, Ba Ria - Vung Tau... before the murder case in Binh Duong.
In the above localities, Ha was previously punished for gathering and attracting crowds to practice in public places without permission.
